Here’s a few questions that Keats & Chapman receive frequently.

Can you find a specific book?

Unfortunately, it can be difficult. With how much stock rotates, it’s impractical to have a searchable database of our books in store. But if you ask us for a specific title via Facebook or Instagram, we may be able to help you.

In-store, we’ll definitely point you to the section you’re looking for, and you might find books you hadn’t considered before, or even thought existed! Set some time aside to have a browse next time you’re in town.

There are currently no plans to introduce a database system.

Are the books behind the glass at checkout for sale?

Absolutely! Just let us know which books you want and we’ll grab them for you.

Do you accept card payments?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit/debit cards, including contactless cards.

If you use your phone, watch or other device for payment, we can accept payment via those as well.

Can I get a book from the store delivered?

Yes, we can send books to anywhere in the world. UK postage from as cheap as £3. Costs for other destinations may vary. Send us a message and see if we have it in stock.

How much are CDs, DVDs, vinyl and boardgames?

  • DVDs - £1 each
  • DVD box set - £2 each
  • Vinyl - £5 each
  • Boardgame - See the sticker on the box

Do you have an online storefront?

Yes, we also sell on Amazon, AbeBooks.co.uk and AbeBooks.com. Our online listings are not stored in our City Centre premises and are only available for mail-order purchase only, unless by prior arrangement.

Unlike in-store, you can search these listings.

Do you buy books?
